This scheme is for a private home in Notting Hill’s Ladbroke Conservation Area. The basement and ground floor living spaces are opened up and connected via a dramatic glass, timber and steel conservatory overlooking a new excavated garden to the rear. The design brings natural light deep into the centre of the house and creates a sense of spaciousness to a narrow floor plan. This is the second house 3WA have designed for this world renowned film director.
