This project is a mixed use development consisting of ground floor retail, first floor office and second and third floor residential. The scheme involved the retention of the ground floor with the addition of three new floors to replace the existing first floor office. The building acts as a bookend to the existing terrace and responds in a contemporary way to its neighbours. It was well received by the Local Authority and forms part of the regeneration of this end of the Kings Road, within the Chelsea Design Quarter.
