West Street forms part of the Airpoint mixed-use masterplan which was developed by 3WA. The building contains rented, shared ownership and affordable housing as well as commercial office and retail space. It also includes a restaurant and supermarket. The West Street Development is 4 storeys in height and responds to the scale and rhythm of the existing West Street building and forms the entrance to the Airpoint development.
