Winner of Limited Competition

This project was won in a limited competition. The scheme creates a 12,500 sqm modern complex for youth, faith, multicultural and leisure activities. These functions are in conjunction with a commercial core to guarantee that the complex is self-sustainable from the beginning. The facility offers the public three diverse functions on completion:
- leisure and sports facilities for both young and old
- arts and cultural centres including faith and worship areas
- youth training facilities and high quality office space for local businesses.
