3WA were appointed by Investream to firstly obtain consent for change of use into student accommodation and then to fully refurbish and extend the building, to meet all new regulations. The scheme consists of 168 student self-contained flats with associated common rooms, laundries and bike storage. It is our second scheme for the Studius brand who provide high quality accommodation aimed at the post graduate market.
