3WA obtained planning permission for this rural office development in Sussex. The scheme proposed 7,000 sq ft of new office space with the potential to expand to 10,000 sq ft with the addition of mezzanine floors. The new building respects the form of the original chicken farm that previously occupied the site. Environmental proposals include solar collectors for heating as well as grey water harvesting.
