3WA reinstated the original residential use of the site. A three storey brick building of appropriate scale and massing completes the containment of Water Lane. The building provides 3 two-bedroom houses. The footprint of the building on the site is the same as the original Georgian terraces.

This scheme won the Richmond Society Bronze Award for New Buildings in the borough.
