Innovation at all levels of design

3WA design with sustainability at the top of our agenda. We aim to minimise our design proposals carbon footprint as well as the long term adaptability of our buildings from the outset. We address these issues through sensible orientation of buildings, thoughtful placement of functions within the building in order to minimise, or take advantage of solar gain, maximise natural day-lighting, optimise thermal mass, control glare and take advantage of natural ventilation.

We keep an open mind to all areas of energy conservation as well as energy production. Careful material selection and construction methods inform our design from the outset resulting in appropriate and deliverable solutions.
